The Reconstructed Denim Poncho is built through process—layer by layer, piece by piece. Constructed from reworked denim, each panel is individually cut, positioned, and sewn to create depth, contrast, and movement throughout the garment.

Raw edges are left exposed on purpose, allowing the texture of the fabric to speak. Frayed seams, visible stitching, and uneven finishes aren’t flaws—they’re part of the story.

Hand-painted details are added after construction, giving each piece its own energy and making no two exactly alike.
