Shipping is a Flat Fee of $5 for all states outside of California. California has a shipping Flat Fee of $9
Do you ship internationally?
We ship directly to all international countries for a Flat Fee of $20
When will my order arrive?
All domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order. All Canadian and other International orders can take up to 10-15 days to arrive depending on the country. If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/lost claims.
How do I return/exchange my order?
When seeking an exchange, please allow a 2 week turnaround.
You have up to 30 days to return/exchange your item.
There are no refunds on sale items.
Leather & Denim jackets can not be exchanged.
How do I wash painted or pen created products?
We suggest to wash painted items inside out on a light cycle. Pen products should be washed gently by hand.
