What if my item is made-to-order or a pre-order?
Made-to-order and pre-order items require additional production time. Please allow 10–15 business days for your piece to be completed before shipment.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because most Flawed Clothing pieces are one-of-one, handmade, or made-to-order, all sales are considered final.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work to make it right.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Not always. Every Flawed Clothing piece is handmade and often created from reclaimed materials. Variations in distressing, dye patterns, stitching, and fabric placement are part of what makes each piece unique.
Why does my item have imperfections?
Those details are intentional. Flawed Clothing embraces the beauty of reconstruction, visible repairs, raw edges, and creative imperfections. No two pieces are exactly alike.

- Hang dry whenever possible.
- Avoid bleach unless specifically noted in the product description.
